Hosting Elevated is a design-forward short-term rental optimization studio focused on helping properties perform at a higher level—both visually and operationally.

Founded by the owner of Vitamin Sea Beach Retreat, a top-performing coastal short-term rental in Encinitas, California, Hosting Elevated was built from real-world experience—not theory. Every recommendation we make has been tested in an active rental, where guest expectations, reviews, and revenue are constantly at stake.

Our approach is both creative and strategic. We look beyond surface-level design to refine the full guest experience—from furnishings and layout to amenities, communication, listing presentation, and pricing strategy.
